Return and Exchange

At Ibuki, we want you to shop with confidence. Our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process simple and hassle-free.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for items in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we'll provide you with return shipping instructions.

Exchanges are available for different sizes or colors of the same item within 7 days of purchase. Please reach out to us with your order details and preferred exchange option, and we'll arrange the exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. Final sale items and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

A ₹250 shipping charge will be applicable for all approved returns and exchanges. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The applicable ₹250 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
